The plotter firmware comes in a file called ESFW Please tell me if it worked. I will tell, but I just downloaded the epson I have tried both firmware files available with the same result. However, the implementation could be better.
I don’t know if more recent versions are eposn picky or if my hardware degenerated over time. However, you might still see differneces between those files if you examine them with the file command. In the meantime, if I figure something out, I’ll post it here.
